I have an EO grid that is being bound to a datatable. In the column definitions I have a maskededitcolumn that has its fieldname set in order to bind it to a datatable column. However when I have this field set I cannot edit this column. Is this by design or I am I missing something.

Hi,

I assume you meant DataField property. Were you able to edit the column when you do not have the field set? Also what is the value of your FullRowMode property?

Thanks!

Yes I meant datafield. I can edit the column when this property is not set. I tried with FullRowMode=false and also with FullRowMode=true and and an editcommand column. In both cases I could not edit if the field was databound but could edit of the field was not databound.
