I've licensed the menu control. The nag message doesn't appear any more when run from localhost. But when I run the site on the temporary site its running on the internet (not the domain name I registered the control to) I get the nag message.
Will this go away when the site is running on the proper domain? Or is there something else amiss?

Yes. It should go away when you use the domain that you registered. As a test, you can add a host entry into your host file pointing to your registered domain name and then access your local website using that domain name. You should not see the license message.
