Could you please guide me to obtain again my license Key file, because I had to format my computer and I can´t find it.

Hi,

Your license is registered under a different user name "Alicia". You can ask him/her to redownload the license file from our website for you.

She just need to go to the home page and then click "My Orders" on the right side.
