Some of our customers are getting errors when uploading files to our site.
This is what they are seeing, and sending to us for troubleshooting:

EO.Web.Controls Client Side Debug Message :
EO.Web Control “AJAXUploader1” error message

(set ClientSideOnError to handle this error): An unknown error has occured.
You can turn off this message by setting EO.Web.Runtime.DebugLevel to 0

Can you show some examples of implementing ClientSideOnError function to trap, or determine the specific error?
