Where is this licx file and do I need it? Options

I purchased the Grid control and the license manager confirms a license key and the product that I purchased. I keep getting that nasty message at the top of my web page regarding not being licensed or not being able to read license file. Do I need this file and where is it located?

Hi,

Thank you very much for your business. You would get the license file on the same page you got your license key. On the top there should be two tabs, one says "Redistribute Key" and the other says "Developer Key". You would download the license file from the "Redistribute Key" tab.
