In the page load event of my page I am checking the Postback property to determine if this is the pages inital load. I am now noticing when I use one of your controls to postback to the server I am falling back into the inital load logic. Is it normal for your controls to reinitialize the page when they postback?

No. That is not normal. Please check whether you have the latest version first, if the problem still occurs with the latest version, please create a test page that demonstrates the problem and we will look into it and see what we can find.
