We are using your tab control in our project and would like to know if it is affected as mentioned in "MS09-035 Vulnerabilities in VS ATL". Are these components and controls built using ATL ?

There are completely unrelated issues. ATL is a C++ template library for traditional Windows application. Our TabStrip is for Web. They are two completely different worlds.
