Problem with licensing Options

I downloaded the latest version today, and get a license key error. I then downloaded a license for version 2009, closed VS, installed the license with the license manager, re-opened VS, rebuilt the project - and I still get the licensing error. Does a new .licx file get created, if so where? I serfached my machine and the only copies I have are old ones. Does the new licensing system 'build in' the license into applications?

Okay, figured out that I needed to download the redistributable license file.
