No funtion my licence key, my old PC is dead y i had to reinstall in this i have 2008 version but after install the pc i download 2009 version but license key dont't work, yes, i go to My Orders and locate the license for the new version but the message still appears that there is no license.
I need download 2008 version or give me a license key that work good with 2009 version.
Please.

Hi,
You can go to "My Orders" page, there is a link says "looking for keys for a new version?". Click that link and you should see detailed information on how to get the new keys.
We can also provide you 2008 version if you still wish to use that version. Please just let us know.

these steps al ready made and error still appears, remove the license and put the key thas appears an the options that you say but persist the error.
i don't know to do, I can only install 2008 version but i don't have it.

Hi,
We have sent you the download location for 2008 version via private message. You can click "inbox" on the top of the forum to view the message.
As to the steps to the new license key, you may not have followed it correctly. Just let us know if in the future you do need to update to 2009 so that we can troubleshoot that for you.
