Hi,

I have a eo:menu on a website which works fine for most people but some do not see the background image behind the menu & sub menus (grey fading to white image), they just see a transparent menu. Often this is reported with IE6.

Is this likely to be down to the graphics memory on the computer or something else?

Hi,

It should not have anything to do with graphics memory. IE 6 is known to have caching problem with background image. Try ask them to clear the cache and see if it helps.
