Hi,

You are using a very old version. Try to upgrade to the latest version and place file eo_web.ashx on the root of your application.

The latest version should be back compatible with your version. You will however need to log into your account to download new license key for the new version. If you have purchased version 3.x, then the new version should be free for you (not including the new controls), However if you got your version 3.x license key via free upgrade, then you may need to place an upgrade order in order to use the current version. So please log into your account to check first.

Hi Guys,
I'm back again.
I have upgraded my licence to current version.
Uninstalled VS2005, E0.Web.
reinstalled VS2005, installed VS2005-SP1, installed E0.web.

Images display ok on local workstations Vista and XP2.

I have made a simple page , no other controls.

But deployed to Hosted site , no images
In the web.config
"eo_ScriptLocation" value="~/eo_script" , I have a writable folder www.eo_script.

check this site out --> http://www.corporatecup.com.au/

This issue might be with my web hosted site ?
Can I send you my project zipped ?

Regards BigChris

Hi,

I see you did not copy eo_web.ashx to your application's root directory yet. Please try that and see if it fixes the problem. Let us know if that does not work, in which case we will setup an online meeting so that we can take a look of your environment. It shouldn't have anything to do with your code, so sending your project to us won't help.

Thanks
BigChris

Yep, I can confirm that the eo_web.ashx is in the root directory
, so no change.

Hi,

That is very strange then. I viewed the rendered source and found many "__eo_dp.aspx?id=.....". Those should not appear when eo_web.ashx exists, they will be "eo_web.ashx?id=....." instead.

I continued to try this Url:

http://www.corporatecup.com.au/eo_web.ashx?id=c2fbdddc-a177-46e7-9683-d86449247f95

I got an even stranger error message:

Type 'EO.Web.Runtime' does not inherit from 'System.Web.IHttpHandler'.

EO.Web.Runtime does implement System.Web.IHttpHandler --- I don't know what can cause that. I have set up a meeting for you to see if we can find something further. Please see your private message for the meeting link.

Thanks
