Hello,

I am trying a version of your Web Editor, but every time I click on Preview, a javascript error occurs: "method or property not supported". The error message is not exactly that, because my browser uses PT-BR language.
I need to use a wysiwyg editor in our CMS, but the clients could not see that message, and they need to preview.

Please help.

Hi,

Do you have the page online so that we can take a look? We can also setup an online meeting so that you can share your screen with us. We can then take a look directly on your machine and see if we can find out what is causing the problem. Please let us know if you would like us to do that.

Thanks!

Ok, I am testing into a Virtual Machine with IE7, so I think your will not reach the page. I will publish my test page so you can take a look. Thank you.

Not a problem. You can send a private message to us if you do not wish to post the site address/credentials publicly in the forum.
