TreeView - Drag and Drop Server Side Options

What's the best way to handle a drag and drop at the server level from the treeview? I'm able to catch it on the client side, but I need to update the backend with the source and destination nodes when a drag and drop occurs.

Nevermind. I found it in the ItemMoved Event.
