In order to update your existing project to use the new version, you need to uninstall your existing version, then install the latest version. Once you have done that, you will need to update your project reference (in Solution explorer, expand "References", delete EO.Web then add the new one) towards the new version.

You can not use your existing eo_web.licx with the new version. Each version requires a different license file. So you will need to get a new license file first. Since you purchased 2007.2, I believe you can get the new license file for free. You would go to "My Orders" page to view the license key for your existing order. You should see an option as "EO.Web Controls 2008". Click that option to download a new license file for the current version. Note the new license file does not cover new controls introduced in the new version. It only covers new version of your existing controls. If you wish to use the new controls, you would need to place an upgrade order.
