Hi,

We have purchased the EO.Web Controls Suite (2008) redistributable for one developer. I installed this on my system, it was working fine. Also I registered the developer code in the system. Today I formatted the system, and install all the required things for running of this application. But the below error is coming up.

Please verify whether file eo_web.ashx is on your web application's root directory. That file is required for EO.Web Controls to run in your application. If the file does not exist, please copy it from EO.Web Controls' installation folder.

Please help me out on this

Hi,

Have you tried to copy the file directly from the installation folder to your application's root directory as the message suggested?
