Hi, we have the 2007 v1 redistributable version some time ago and have it working fine on our intranet server.

But, when we try to deploy it to any other server, we get the buy a licence error.

We have tried generating server-specific keys as well as using the unrestricted key in the global.asax--but nothing seems to work.

Thanks,

Alex

This occurs mostly because the version of your license file and the version of EO.Web Controls you application are using do not match. Please see detailed troubleshooting information here:

Thanks!

Hi,

Thanks for gettting back to me quickly. However, when I go to generate the licence file from this site I receive the following message:

License file can not be used with redistribute license. You must set license information in code. Please use License Code tab for detailed instructions.

I did the above a number of times and it still doesn't work. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Alex

Did you check the version of your EO.Web.dll?

Thanks!

Hi,

Yes. It's 4.0.23.2 which I think corresponds to 2007.1.

Thanks,

Alex
