Regarding EO Ajax Uploader Options

Hi,
I'm using EO Ajax Uploader control. I'm able to successfully upload the file.
When I upload the file, it's showing the file upload section with the checkbox. Is there any way, I can remove the file which comes with the checkbox in the serverside C#. Because in my server side C# code, i'm doing some validation and if the validation failes, i'm deleting the uploaded file.
But even after deleting the file, the checkbox is not removed.
Any help is hugely appreciated.
