Automatically PAD Menu Options

I would like to be able to set the MENU width to 100% and have the control pad each of the items to make them FIT (as oppsed to leaving empty space on the right, unless we go in an manually play with the padding to get it to fit the 100% width.)

I believe you can do that by setting TopLevelItemAlign to None:
