Hide menu control based on Session variable Options

Hi, I'm using a Menu control and i have some menu items based on Roles. When I left it to use a page for some time, the Menu is not displayed or is enabled. How I can change this perfomance? I want to leave that the menu always have enabled. Excuse me for my bad english.
