When using DevTools, the Debug panel is not repainted after minimize and restore on Windows 7.
It seems to be OK on RPD to Server 2012 R2.
Resizing the form (or changing height/width of the Panel in code) causes the panel to repaint but Panel.Refresh does not.

I apologize for the delay. We are able to reproduce the problem but have not been able to find out the root cause yet. Right now we are in the process of updating EO.WebBrowser from using Chrome engine V33 to V41. So we were waiting for that to complete before revisiting this issue again in case it is related to the version of Chrome engine we use. That build is currently going through testing so should be out soon (you will receive it for free since your order include one year free upgrade). Once again thank you very much for your patience.
