PDF Save error Options

When saving a PDF receiving the below error. I have seen this issue in another post but it seems that a new build was issued. If you need the PDF being used or more information let me know.

Hi,

Please check if the latest version resolves the problem for you. You have a rather old version (yours is version 3, the current version is version 6) and it does not support certain relatively rare scenarios (for example, nesting fields).

If the latest version still does not resolve the problem for you, please try to isolate the problem into a small test project and send the test project to us. We will be happy to take a look as soon as we receive that. You can find test project guideline here:
